Excelo Development started with a straightforward idea: build homes that real people can actually afford, and build them right.

We're a licensed homebuilder based in Southwest Florida, focused on new construction in Lehigh Acres, one of the fastest-growing communities in the state. Every home we build gets the same level of care, from the foundation to the finishes. No shortcuts. No surprises.

The name Excelo comes from family. It's carried over from a business our grandfather ran decades ago, and it reminds us why we do this. We're not building to flip. We're building homes for people who are going to live in them, raise families in them, and make them their own.
